Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment being received and print ready artwork being issued (if applicable). In exceptionally busy periods we may need an extra 24 hours. Canvas orders under 18 inches wide are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Orders over 18 inches wide are sent Parcelforce 48. Both services should arrive within two days of dispatch and require a signature from the recipient. Both services are tracked and a tracking number will be added to your order upon dispatch. Please note once your item is dispatched it is under the care of Royal mail, and sometimes delays do occur.

If your item is damaged in transit please take pictures of the item and any damaged packaging and email to us as soon as possible.
